Package Agreement *

I understand that if I am approved for Lisa's Private Coaching Check-In Package, I agree to pay the full $900 package price in one upfront payment. The package includes three paid coaching hours plus one complimentary bonus hour, for four total hours to be used within six months.

I understand that submitting this request does not guarantee acceptance into Lisa's Private Coaching Check-In Package. Lisa will review my request before approval, and no payment is due unless I am approved.
